Online catalog pricing is indicative. Binding commercial terms are stated in formal quotations / proforma invoices, including MOQ, coding, Incoterms, payment, and delivery windows. Order confirmation occurs only after written acceptance and agreed payment milestones.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability related to product supply is limited to the value of the affected order line. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from network downtime, lost profits, or third-party integration mistakes when products are used outside published specifications.
