Incoming inspection

Critical components are checked for visual integrity, labeling accuracy, and packing condition before entering production or resale stock. Non-conforming lots are quarantined.

Optical test protocols

Depending on SKU family, verification may include:

• Insertion loss / return loss sampling
• Channel plan validation for mux/demux assemblies
• Compatibility coding checks for transceiver modules
• Functional burn-in for selected active devices

Traceability

Batch and serial information is retained to support RMA analysis and customer audits. OEM labeling projects maintain mapping between customer PNs and internal lot records.

Certificates & reports

On request, we can provide datasheets, packing photos, and test summaries with the shipment. For regulated destinations, compliance documentation is coordinated through the Compliance Center workflow.
