International Shipping Policy

Clear lead times, export packing standards, and Incoterms options for industrial fiber and network hardware buyers.

This Shipping Policy explains how FiberWDM fulfills international B2B orders for fiber optic multiplexers, transceivers, patch cords, and network connectivity hardware. It applies to sample, project, and recurring wholesale shipments.

Lead times & production windows

Standard catalog SKUs typically ship within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation when stock is available. Coded optics, OEM labeling, and custom channel plans may require 10–25 business days depending on BOM complexity.

  • Sample orders: prioritized packing once QC release is complete
  • Project lots: production schedule confirmed in the PI / order acknowledgement
  • Peak seasons: lead time updates are shared before order lock

Export packing standards

Industrial packing is designed to protect optical connectors and PCB assemblies during air and ocean transit:

  • Anti-static bags and foam trays for active modules
  • Shock labels and humidity indicators on sensitive cartons
  • SKU / PO / carton labels aligned with buyer packing lists
  • Palletization available for multi-carton project shipments

Commercial documents

Unless otherwise agreed, each shipment can include:

  1. Commercial invoice and packing list
  2. Certificate of origin (on request)
  3. Test reports / datasheets for optical SKUs
  4. OEM packing photos before dispatch (project orders)

Tracking & claims

Tracking numbers are shared once the carrier scans the first mile. Visible damage must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of outer cartons and inner packing. Concealed damage claims should include serial / SKU evidence and installation context.

For time-critical metro or data-center cutovers, contact the RFQ desk before placing the order so production and freight can be synchronized.

Questions about a live shipment can be sent via the contact form or your assigned sales engineer. We respond within one business day for logistics follow-ups.
