Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about ordering, shipping, MOQ, certifications, and account management for global B2B buyers.
MOQ varies by SKU. Many transceiver and cable items accept 1-piece sample orders. Standard wholesale pricing usually starts at 10–50 units. For DWDM Mux/Demux and custom assemblies, MOQ is confirmed in the quotation based on configuration and production batch.
Add target products to Inquiry List or email sales with part numbers, quantities, target delivery window, and destination port. Our team returns a consolidated quotation with lead time, Incoterms options, and volume tiers within one business day in most cases.
Yes. Sample units are available for most catalog optics and patch cables. Sample fees may apply and can often be credited against the first production PO when thresholds are met. Compatibility notes and coding options should be confirmed before sampling.
For qualified B2B accounts we support blanket POs with scheduled releases. Share forecast volumes and preferred release cadence so we can reserve capacity and stabilize pricing across the contract period.
In-stock SKUs typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order optics, coded modules, and custom cable assemblies usually require 7–21 days depending on MOQ, firmware coding, and test requirements.
We commonly quote EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP for major trade lanes. Carriers include DHL, FedEx, UPS, and freight forwarders for larger cartons or pallets. Final Incoterm is confirmed on the commercial invoice before shipment.
After dispatch you receive a tracking number by email. Registered buyers can also view shipment status in the account order center. For consolidated freight we provide AWB/BL references and packing lists.
Modules ship in anti-static packaging with protective caps. Export cartons include labels for SKU, quantity, and handling marks. On request we can add customer PO numbers, RoHS marks, and destination-specific documentation packs.
We supply MSA-compliant and vendor-compatible coding options for major switching and NIC platforms, including Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Dell, HPE, and NVIDIA/Mellanox environments. Always share the exact host model and OS/firmware version for coding validation.
Products are RoHS compliant. CE, FCC, UL-related documentation, and batch optical test reports can be provided for bulk shipments upon request. NDAA-sensitive sourcing options are available for selected SKUs used in regulated projects.
We offer common C-band channel plans (e.g. 8CH / 16CH / 40CH / 96CH), LC/UPC or LC/APC connectors, monitor ports, and 1U rack options. Share your channel map, fiber type, and insertion-loss budget for a recommended BOM.
Yes. Our catalog covers DAC/AOC assemblies, MPO/MTP trunks, and LC duplex patch cords in common lengths. Custom lengths, pull tabs, and polarity options are available for data center rollouts.
Yes. Qualified volume orders can include custom labeling, packaging, logo printing, cable printing, and branded documentation. Share artwork guidelines and annual volume estimates to receive an OEM program proposal.
We support host-specific coding for many platforms. Provide the switch/NIC model, target OS version, and any required DOM behavior. Pilot samples are recommended before mass production.
Submit length, connector types, fiber grade (OM3/OM4/OS2), polarity, jacket rating, and labeling needs. Engineering confirms drawings and lead time, then production proceeds after sample approval when required.
We accept wire transfer (T/T), and for eligible orders PayPal or credit-card checkout where enabled. Large project orders usually use T/T with deposit + balance terms defined in the proforma invoice.
Yes. Every export shipment can include commercial invoice, packing list, and complementary documents needed for customs clearance. HS codes and declared values are aligned with the confirmed quotation.
Net terms may be available after credit review for established distributors and integrators. Contact sales with company registration details and expected monthly volume to start the evaluation.
Share fiber type, connector loss assumptions, span length, and host optics requirements. Our engineers recommend suitable SR/LR/ER/ZR or DWDM options and highlight DOM, temperature, and power constraints.
First verify coding profile, firmware version, and port configuration. Contact support with the switch model, OS version, SKU, and error screenshots. We can advise recoding, replacement, or an alternate compatible part.
Yes. Send topology notes, port counts, and preferred vendors. We return a suggested BOM covering optics, patching, WDM, and amplification where needed, plus lead-time guidance for phased deployment.

Log in to Account → Orders, open the order detail page, and download available invoices, packing lists, and tracking information. If a document is pending, it appears after finance or warehouse release.
Unused items in original anti-static packaging may be returned within 30 days if approved by support. Custom-coded modules, cut-to-length cables, and OEM-labeled goods are non-returnable unless proven defective.
